Individual Therapy

I provide individual psychotherapy services to adults 18 years of age and older. 

Sessions are $175 plus HST each ($197.75).

I offer a free 20-minute video or phone consultation to answer any questions, and for you to see if it feels like a good fit.

Insurance

Most insurance companies offer partial coverage for psychotherapy services. Please check with your provider to confirm.

Payment for services is made directly to Embodied Mind Psychotherapy (by credit card or e-transfer), and then a receipt will be issued for insurance claim purposes.
