Sessions for individual psychotherapy services (adults +18) are $190 each.

Insurance

Most insurance companies offer partial coverage for psychotherapy services. Please check with your provider to confirm.

Payment for services is made directly to Embodied Mind Psychotherapy (by e-transfer), and then a receipt will be issued for insurance claim purposes.
